For various reasons, some products fail on some level, and the consumer may end up paying the price. If your client has suffered as a result of an unsafe or faulty product, due to design flaws or manufacturing issues, this could warrant a comprehensive Employability Evaluation and/or an Earning Capacity Evaluation or a Life Care Plan.
